TruCraft is a new sign company. We're not new to signs.
We know signs. We just think the process should be easier.
TruCraft Signs is a commercial sign and graphics company serving businesses across Palm Coast, Flagler County, and the broader Central and Northeast Florida corridor.
We're a new company built on more than a decade of hands-on sign industry experience — from local banners and vehicle graphics to complete commercial sign programs for businesses operating across the country.
We've seen the industry from nearly every angle: small startup shops, growing sign companies, multi-million-dollar operations, local businesses, national brands, rural markets, and major metros.
TruCraft takes what we've learned and puts it into a simpler kind of sign company.
Good work. Straight answers. The right solution for the job.
How we work
We make what makes sense. We source what doesn't.
A sign company doesn't need to own every machine ever made to produce excellent work.
Our shop is focused on the products we can produce efficiently and exceptionally well — vinyl graphics, vehicle lettering, window graphics, banners, and rigid signs.
When a project needs specialized equipment or fabrication, we work with established trade manufacturers that specialize in that work: channel letters, fabricated metal, dimensional lettering, and specialty components.
The goal isn't to manufacture everything ourselves. The goal is to give you the right sign.
That keeps us lean, lets us choose the right production method for each project, and allows larger commercial packages without forcing every job through the same equipment.
One shop. The whole project.
A new business might need a building sign, door lettering, window graphics, a dimensional lobby logo, directional signs, and graphics for its vehicles.
We don't think those should feel like six unrelated projects.
TruCraft can help with the entire process — figuring out what you need, developing the artwork, selecting materials, coordinating specialized fabrication, producing graphics, and planning the path to installation.
You have one place to call.
Signs that work for business
We love good design. But commercial signage isn't decoration. It has a job.
It needs to be readable from the right distance. It needs to survive the environment it's going into. The materials need to make sense. The fabrication method needs to fit the application. And the finished product needs to represent the business well.
Sometimes the right answer is a $250 banner. Sometimes it's a complete building sign package.
We'll tell you what makes sense for the job.

Built by a sign guy
Chris Wagoner
I've spent more than 10 years in the sign industry, and I've had the chance to see this business at very different scales.
I've helped grow startup sign operations to more than $900,000 in annual revenue within five years, and I've been responsible for operations within a $6 million sign company.
The work has ranged from everyday projects for local businesses to signage supporting nationally recognized brands during earlier roles in my career, including Starbucks, IKEA, BP, CITGO, Shell, the Chicago Bulls, Sport Clips, Panera Bread, Big Ten, O-Cedar, and D.R. Horton. Those names reflect work I've been part of over the years — not TruCraft's current client roster or endorsements.
The size of the customer never really changed the fundamentals. A sign still has to be designed correctly, built from the right materials, produced properly, installed correctly, and do what the customer hired us to make it do.
My experience spans channel letters, dimensional signage, post-and-panel systems, permitting, fabrication, custom paint and finishes, vinyl and printed graphics, installation, project planning, vendor coordination, and the unusual jobs that don't fit a catalog.
I've worked in major metropolitan markets and small rural communities. That experience shapes how TruCraft operates today.
Built here. Ready to grow with you.
TruCraft Signs is based in the Palm Coast and Flagler County area and serves businesses throughout the region — from Northeast Florida through the Daytona Beach corridor and into Central Florida when the job fits.
We're building TruCraft to be the sign company businesses keep calling as they grow.
One vehicle becomes a fleet. One storefront becomes three. A temporary banner becomes permanent building signage.
Whatever comes next, you shouldn't have to start over with another sign company.
